This highly detailed, expressive 3-storey structure, displays a modern and elegant combination of exposed cast-in-place concrete, steel and engineered wood products.

The structural design presented a challenging exercise in optimization, often engaging in a tug of war between the required minimum structural stiffness and an explicit desire for streamlined, minimal sections. The structural form is open, and features an unusual number of thin cantilevered elements that provide visual excitement and rhythm from various vistas around the building.
