College of New Caledonia Technical Education Centre

Prince George - British Columbia

The 80,000 square foot TEC building in Prince George secures the College of New Caledonia’s position as leaders of trades and technology education in Northern BC. The two-storey structure consists of concrete block masonry walls and structural steel floor and roof construction. Material selection is intentionally industrial and appropriate to its purpose with local wood products being showcased in public areas. The building is LEED Gold certified.
